The following individual gear is required for the competition:

  • OHIP card (you need this to get on the bus)
  • skis, poles and boots
  • Sunscreen - SPF 30 min for outdoor activities
  • Water bottle
  • Two pairs of gloves - one for use prior to racing and to keep you warm and the other pair for racing only.
  • Balaciava - to cover your face on extreme cold days
  • Neck covering - fleece or polypropylene collar

  • Sunglasses

  • Sleeping Bag
  • Cot or air mattress

  • Swimsuit and towel
  • Sweater
  • Change of clothing for three days
  • Photocopy of birth certificate (just in case you qualify for Nationals)
  • Stuff for the bus
  • Money for lunch and supper on-route to SSM. You will be getting a reimbursement when we arrive

You are allowed to bring MP3 players, etc... but you are responsible for its safety. I or the CCM will not be held responsible if it gets lost.
