Training
Welcome to the training page. Here you will find your timing results from practice, logs, etc...
Personal Training
It is extremely important that between practices you do some personal workouts on your own. Some items that you can do are:
- Skiing (preferably x-country)
- Running
- Swimming Laps
- Speed Walking
- Walking Stairs
- Hiking
- Skating
- Weight training
- Playing sports
I have created a training log for you to use to keep track of your personal workouts. It is important that you keep track of what you have been doing so we can identify any areas that you can improve in. This is also handy to note how often you have been training.
